Having held senior leadership roles spanning reservations, sales, product development and operations, Mladen has played a key role in the growth of APT's river, coastal, expedition and touring businesses. His expertise encompasses product innovation, operational excellence, asset development, strategic partnerships and guest experience enhancement across Australia and international markets.

Mladen is also a Director of Australian Paddlesteamers following its acquisition by APT Travel Group and has been instrumental in expanding the company's investment in Australian cruise and tourism infrastructure. He brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong focus on sustainable growth, helping ensure Australia's cruise and tourism sector remains competitive and world-class.
