Gemma is a senior marketing and business development professional with over 15 years of experience successfully leading large-scale marketing strategies and driving revenue growth across tourism, corporate, and government sectors. Gemma has previously held leadership roles with Qantas, Central Coast Council and most recently as General Manager of a leading accessible tourism consultancy. 

Gemma is a mum to three energetic kids and enjoys exploring her local beaches, bushwalks and bike trails with friends and family.
