Taronga Zoo is a non-for-profit conservation society situated amongst lush bushland with harbour views.

It is a short 12 minute ferry ride from the city and is Sydney's premium location to discover wildlife from Australia and beyond. With a variety of free keeper shows, talks and the Sky Safari cable car providing panoramic views of Sydney harbour.

If you are looking for a more adventurous experience our Roar and Snore program offers you the chance to stay overnight in safari tents with iconic views and getting up close to some of our more exotic animals.

Thrill-seekers can challenge themselves on Taronga’s exciting treetop adventure course, Wild Ropes. With 4 challenging courses for 8 year olds up and a children’s course from 3-8 year olds there is something for everyone.
